Responsible for controlling the data entrance of the official dealers to Warranty Application System and sending requests to Land Rover Warranty Department, England,

Assisted in all kinds of service documents and repair procedures of automobiles including checking function analysis and diagnosis of the malfunctions by the usage of DIS and TIS,

Utilized AS 400 program for data management purposes in addition to see the past malfunctions and controls of the automobiles in various aspects of the job.
